ABOUT BEAGLE PACKAGES

What Is Beagle Packages?

Beagle Packages is the bespoke travel arm of Beagle International — a service dedicated to designing fully curated, handcrafted travel experiences in Argentina’s finest destinations. While our tours business focuses on guided group experiences, Beagle Packages is built around a simpler idea: you tell us what kind of trip you want, and we build it around you. Premium accommodation, private guides, transfers, and every detail handled from arrival to departure.

Beagle Tours specializes in multi-day guided tours — structured itineraries that take you through a destination with an expert guide. Beagle Packages is different in character. It is more personal, more flexible, and more focused on accommodation and experience quality. Think of it as the difference between a well-planned tour and a fully tailored trip designed specifically for you. Both are excellent. They simply serve different kinds of travelers.

Beagle Packages is designed for the traveler who knows what they want — or knows what kind of experience they are after, even if they don’t know exactly how to get there. Couples celebrating a special occasion. Families who want a seamless experience without the logistics. Corporate travelers who need everything arranged to a high standard. And individuals who simply refuse to settle for a generic package holiday when something far better is available.

Our current portfolio focuses on Argentina’s three finest destinations for bespoke travel — Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Córdoba — with packages designed for each. We are always developing new destinations and new experiences, so if you have somewhere specific in mind that isn’t in our current portfolio, reach out. We love a challenge.

Yes. Beagle Packages is one of five service lines that operate under the Beagle International umbrella, alongside Beagle Tours, Beagle Birding, Beagle Flights, and Beagle Experience. This means you have access to everything Beagle International offers — including private aviation through Beagle Flights and naturalist-led birding expeditions through Beagle Birding — all coordinated through one team.

HOW IT WORKS

The Beagle Packages Process

It starts with a conversation. You reach out through our contact page or by phone, and a member of our team gets back to you personally. We ask about your travel dates, your group, your interests, and your idea of a perfect trip. From there we build a proposal — a detailed itinerary with accommodation options, activities, transfers, and a clear breakdown of what is included. You review it, we refine it, and once you are happy with every detail, we confirm your booking and handle everything from there until you arrive home.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. The packages on our website are starting points, not limits. Every Beagle Package can be extended, adjusted, combined with other Beagle services, or built entirely from scratch around your specific requirements. If you want to add a Beagle Flights private charter to your Mendoza wine package, or extend your Buenos Aires stay into a Córdoba circuit, we make it happen.
For most packages, we can have a detailed proposal back to you within 48 to 72 hours of your initial inquiry. For highly customized itineraries or packages involving multiple destinations, private aviation, or specialized experiences, it may take a few extra days to ensure every element is perfectly arranged. We never rush a proposal — we would rather take an extra day and get it exactly right.
Yes. If one of our listed packages — the Luxury Apartment in Buenos Aires, the Wine Tour in Mendoza, or the San Huberto Getaway — fits your requirements as described, you can proceed directly to booking without customization. Simply reach out and we will confirm availability and send through the booking details.
BOOKING & PAYMENT

Reservations and Payments

All bookings are handled personally by our team — we don’t use an automated booking engine. Reach out through our contact page or call us directly, and a member of our team will manage your booking from start to finish. This personal approach is intentional. Every trip we arrange is different, and we want to make sure every detail is right before anything is confirmed.
For most packages, we recommend booking at least 60 to 90 days in advance to ensure the best availability at our preferred properties. For peak-season travel — particularly Buenos Aires in spring and autumn, and Mendoza during the harvest season in March and April — earlier is strongly recommended. That said, reach out whatever your timeline and we will always do our best.
International airfare is not included in our package rates unless specifically stated. We find that travelers typically secure better fares booking their international flights independently, and it also gives you flexibility in your routing and schedule. For domestic flights within Argentina — for example, connecting Buenos Aires to Mendoza or Córdoba — our team can assist with arrangements.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods depending on your location. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due closer to your departure date. Full payment details are provided when your package is confirmed.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the package, the properties involved, and how close to departure the cancellation occurs. Full terms are clearly outlined in your booking confirmation before any payment is made. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
We strongly recommend it for every Beagle Package. A good policy covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. While we work hard to ensure everything goes smoothly, travel insurance gives you complete peace of mind — particularly for premium packages where the investment is significant.
WHAT'S INCLUDED

Understanding Your Package

Every package is slightly different, but as a general rule each Beagle Package includes premium accommodation personally selected and vetted by our team, private English-speaking guides for all included experiences, private ground transportation for all transfers and excursions, and the specific activities and experiences described in the package. What is and is not included is always clearly stated in your package proposal before booking.
Meal inclusions vary by package. The Wine Tour in Mendoza, for example, includes a vineyard lunch as part of the experience. The Luxury Apartment in Buenos Aires includes a fully equipped kitchen and access to the city’s finest restaurants, but meals are not included in the package rate. Each package description is clear about what meals, if any, are included. For custom packages, meal inclusions can be added at your request.
Tips are not included in our package rates. Tipping is customary in Argentina for guides, drivers, and hospitality staff who provide exceptional service. Our team is happy to advise on appropriate amounts and local customs when you confirm your booking.
Yes — and we ask you to tell us at the time of booking. We pass all dietary requirements directly to our accommodation partners, guide teams, and any restaurants included in your package. In Buenos Aires and Mendoza, accommodating dietary requirements is generally straightforward. We will always advise in advance if a particular experience presents limitations.
Our team is available 365 days a year — including holidays. If something goes wrong, you call us directly and we resolve it. This is one of the most important differences between a Beagle Package and a generic booking platform. You are never alone with a problem. We take ownership of every detail of every trip we arrange, and that includes fixing things when they don’t go as planned.
TRAVEL LOGISTICS

Getting There and Getting Around

Visa requirements vary by nationality. Most US, Canadian, and EU passport holders do not require a visa for short stays in Argentina. However requirements change, and it is always the traveler’s responsibility to verify current entry requirements with the relevant consulate before travel. The most up-to-date information is available through your country’s foreign affairs ministry or the Argentine consulate in your country.
All airport transfers are included in your Beagle Package. A member of our team or a trusted local partner will be waiting for you when you land — no taxis, no rideshares, no uncertainty after a long flight. If your flight details change, contact us and we adjust accordingly.
All ground transportation is provided in private, comfortable vehicles — Toyota Hiace vans and similar premium private transport. You will never share a transfer vehicle with other guests or strangers. Every journey is private, punctual, and arranged to put you at ease from the first moment.
No specific vaccinations are required for travel to Buenos Aires, Mendoza, or Córdoba. The CDC website (wwwnc.cdc.gov) provides up-to-date recommended vaccinations for every destination. We recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic at least four weeks before departure.
Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Córdoba are established, well-visited travel destinations with good infrastructure and active tourism industries. Like any major city, sensible awareness of your surroundings is always advisable. Our guides and transfer drivers know their cities well and will always keep you in the right places at the right times. We have been operating in these destinations for years without incident, and the safety and wellbeing of our guests is our first priority in everything we plan.
For Buenos Aires and Córdoba, spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May) offer the most pleasant weather and the most vibrant city atmosphere. For Mendoza, March and April are the harvest season — the finest time for wine experiences, with the vineyard activity at its peak. Mendoza’s summer months (December to February) are hot and dry, while winter offers skiing on Las Leñas and Los Penitentes in the Andes. We match your travel timing to your priorities and always advise on what to expect in each destination during your specific travel window.
THE PACKAGES

About Our Current Offerings

The Luxury Apartment package places you in a fully serviced luxury apartment in the heart of Recoleta — Buenos Aires’ most elegant neighborhood — giving you the experience of living in the city rather than visiting it. The package includes the apartment, private airport transfers, and a private guided city tour. It is ideal for travelers who want a base of exceptional quality in Buenos Aires with the freedom to explore at their own pace.
The Wine Tour package is a curated Mendoza wine experience — private visits to handpicked wineries in Luján de Cuyo and Maipú, tastings with the winemakers, a vineyard lunch, and private guided transportation throughout. It is designed for the traveler who wants to experience Mendoza’s wine country with depth and access, rather than on a standard commercial tour. Everything is arranged and every detail is handled.
San Huberto is an exclusive private lodge experience in the Argentine countryside — an estancia offering hunting, horseback riding, and the extraordinary hospitality of one of the finest rural properties in Argentina. It is a deeply immersive experience of traditional Argentine country life at its most elevated, in a setting of remarkable natural beauty. Contact us for full details, availability, and pricing — this package is highly exclusive and places are limited.
Absolutely. Many of our guests combine the Buenos Aires and Mendoza packages into a single itinerary — arriving in Buenos Aires, spending several days in the city, then flying to Mendoza for the wine experience before returning home. We coordinate the complete routing, the domestic flights, and every detail in between. Just tell us what you want and we build it.
Buenos Aires and Córdoba packages are available year-round. The Wine Tour in Mendoza is available year-round but is most rewarding during the harvest season (March and April) when the vineyards are at their most active and the energy of the wine country is at its peak. The San Huberto Getaway has seasonal availability depending on the activities you want to include — contact us for specific dates.
